Dimitrios was referred to me by a close friend, as I had had two unsuccessful attempts with agents before. From our first meeting he took the time to listen to my likes and dislikes and was very understanding that I was a first time condo buyer, with lots of questions.

After a mutual agreement that we were a good match, he started right away looking for what I wanted, where I wanted, and with the money I was willing to spend.

Not once did I feel pressured, and he was very professional when viewing properties with me. Asking the sales agents all the right questions.

As I was a first time buyer, with high expectations it didn’t take him long to suggest I start viewing pre-construction units. Within weeks I signed papers on a great place exactly where I wanted to be and with many of the features I was searching for.

He took the time to make sure everything was in order before I signed. His follow up has been great, and although I’m looking forward to settling down, I would definitely use DK again, and would recommend him to my friends as well.
