We are still in somewhat of a daze after having it up on the market for a while before you DK, and then you came in and listed it and sold it so quickly and for top dollar!

I think the time frame was very good. We really didn’t count December especially the two weeks before and after Xmas. So take roughly a month off your original estimated timeframe of 60 days and that’s pretty good!

I hope other neighbours in our area call you and we will definitely recommend you. Murray is tough and hard to impress and you did impress him. He’s all about get it done and I know you’re the same way. Maybe that’s why he liked you from the start.

We rejected many agents. Some of them friends.
