We would definitely recommend DK. When the photos taken of our house (arranged and paid for by DK) came back, he called us up and apologized that they weren’t up to his standard and he hired a second photographer to come back the next day to do better. Most realtors would try to say the first set was good enough and would only consider getting new photos if the client pushed back, if at all. Not the case with DK. We didn’t even see the first set of photos. He maintains a high standard for every step of the process and it works. Our house sold in 4 days for well over asking.

Our takeaway from working with the Agent DK team is that you’ll always remember how valued they made you feel.
We are all so busy today and it’s easy to think that realtors exist to help you buy and sell houses. But really, the good ones are in the customer service business.
We sought out DK after an almost-comically awful experience with another team. DK understood we were shaken up after that abysmal experience and took a proactive approach that centred constant communication and honesty, building trust at every milestone. Along with his team, he ensured that we were informed at every step, that we understood our options and he always made himself available to us, despite our challenging schedule with littles. We left every interaction with him and his team feeling like valued clients and we trusted their professional guidance.
