If Only There Was an Agent DK Signal in the Sky…
I wish there was an Agent DK spotlight that sellers could shine into the night sky whenever they’re struggling to sell their home.
Because this year, we’ve had so many sellers call us after months of frustration, listings sitting stale, no offers, no results. They called, and we got the job done.
The irony?
In Ontario, it’s actually illegal for an agent to contact a seller whose listing has expired… even if that seller desperately needs help. In America you can call sellers who’s listings expired but not in Ontario and some other parts of Canada.
I’ve never understood that rule. If our purpose is to serve the public, why would we build barriers that stop us from helping the people who need us most?
Luckily, the rule doesn’t stop you from calling us. And when you do, we answer immediately… and we deliver.
Fun fact:
I once asked my team to find a real Agent DK spotlight that we could shine into the sky. They told me it would be too expensive and too heavy to move around.
One day, you might actually see it lighting up the Ottawa sky.
Until then… if your home didn’t sell, just call us.
We’ll do everything in our power to make sure it does.
