DK proactively searches for clients and communicates with the sellers extensively. He uses his sales experience and knowledge about the market to get the right buyer, then procure the best deal.

Our house was considered a troubled listing and DK overcame all challenges to sell in 36 days at a great price. What more could one ask for? Nothing, but his service still came with a personal touch. He was available to answer questions, provide advice and referrals for services. He managed both selling and buying negotiations expertly.

DK is the only agent we would consider to buy or sell a home.
