This week, 500 driven agents gathered in Toronto for a powerful 3-day Mike Ferry workshop called “Building Momentum for 2025.”
Led by the incredible Larry Kozak, the energy in that room was electric. Agents hungry to grow, hungry to improve, hungry to win.
Midway through, Larry brought me on stage to share my journey and offer advice to help everyone in that room level up.
The outpouring of gratitude from the crowd at the break was so touching.
When I speak on any stage, my goal is to keep it real, to show vulnerability and to speak from the heart.
I’ll say this…being asked to speak is humbling.
But being able to contribute? That’s the true gift.
Because the more you grow, the more you must give.
Contribution is the rent we pay for our success.
To every agent who was there: Keep pushing. Keep showing up.
The momentum you build now is what creates a breakthrough year in 2025.
